partner yoga workshop no.3

it seems that people can't get enough of practicing yoga in pairs to try out things that work differently than in their regular practice, which is then enriched by these insights.

so with much joy and inspiration, the lovely lenka nezvalová and my humble self are teaching the third partner yoga workshop this year on sunday 22 march 2009 from 10am to 1 pm at the lotus centre.
